QT-DISCHARGE is specially formulated to resist discharge inks, and is compatible with water-based and plastisol inks, too. QT-DISCHARGE has a high (≈ 41%) solids content and viscosity (5,000 centipoise), providing good stencil build per coat, excellent mesh bridging of coarse mesh, and fast drying. QT-DISCHARGE, red in color for easy stencil inspection, is supplied with diazo powder. We recommend the addition of diazo powder for long print runs using discharge or waterbased ink. QT Discharge can be used without the addition of Diazo for shops using plastisol ink. Sensitized QT-Discharge has a 6-8 week shelf life, unsensitized QT-Discharge has a shelf life of 12 months.
