These Wilflex Epic multi-purpose plastisol inks are suitable for printing on 100% cotton substrates and poly-cotton blends on an under-base. The curing profile is: flash at 220F; and cure at 320F.
Suitable substrates include 100% cotton, cotton-poly blends (with an underbase), and some synthetics. This multi-purpose series is not a low-bleed ink and is therefore not suitable for substrates known for dye migration (bleeding), such as polyester. For dye-migrating substrates we recommend under-basing with a low-bleed white or instead using Wilflex’s Athletic series, Epic Rival Sport Victory inks.
